Project SCHEDULE
THE CHALLENGE

Delivering a high‑power charging station in just six months required careful coordination across civil works, high‑voltage power infrastructure, and electrical installation. The project called for precise planning and on‑site execution to bring multiple technical components together within a tight schedule.

Our approach

Delivering fast‑charging from design to handover

Designing the site and planning the work

The work started with engineering studies and a clear site plan to fit a high‑power charging build into a six‑month schedule. From day one, our team coordinated civil works, electrical installation, and site finishing in a precise sequence, allowing each phase to flow into the next and keeping the schedule on track.

Building the power backbone

We installed a dedicated 1,000 kVA high‑voltage substation and delivered the core civil and electrical works needed to supply the station. This was the backbone of the project: creating the power conditions needed for eight 250 kW fast‑charging points to operate reliably.

Finishing the site and keeping execution on track

As installation progressed, we completed the site with lighting, ground markings, and final surfacing, bringing the station to a clean, ready‑to‑use finish. Weekly site supervision with the project manager, paired with strong coordination and technical expertise, kept quality and pace aligned through the final handover.
