Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs

I don’t see a role that fits my profile. What should I do?

You can still apply. We’re always looking for people who want to learn, take ownership and grow with us. You can send us your CV, and we also recommend following Circet’s LinkedIn pages in your country, where job opportunities are regularly shared.

Can I grow and evolve within the company?

Yes. Circet Energy operates across multiple countries, and growth happens locally. All roles are local jobs, and opportunities are published on each country’s website and social media, reflecting local teams, projects and needs.

How does training work at Circet Energy?

Training is part of everyday work. Through the Circet Academy, teams learn by doing, with hands‑on training focused on safety, technical skills and real site conditions. In 2025, the Academy operates through 37 training centers worldwide and relies on more than 130 expert trainers, supporting both employees and subcontractors in the field.

Do I need prior experience in energy?

Not always. Some roles require experience and qualifications, others don’t. What matters most is your motivation, your ability to learn, and your willingness to work in real operational environments.

What kind of projects will I work on?

You’ll work on real energy infrastructure projects across our core activities: electric mobility, power distribution networks, renewables and storage, high‑ and extra‑high‑voltage networks, signaling and public transport, and energy‑intensive installations such as data centers. Our teams combine expertise in electricity, air treatment, mechanics and civil engineering, working close to the field and operations.
