Circet announces the acquisition of UK-based Kinetic IT Limited, a leading provider of specialist data center infrastructure, installation, and maintenance services to major blue-chip clients and hyperscalers.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in London, UK, Kinetic IT delivers high-quality data center and critical environment services to some of the world’s largest technology companies. The company’s expertise spans data center design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance — supporting mission-critical environments for global hyperscalers and enterprise clients.
What this means for Circet
This acquisition marks a significant strategic step in Circet’s diversification strategy, further expanding its capabilities into the fast-growing data center sector. Leveraging Kinetic’s deep technical expertise and established client relationships, Circet will now provide a comprehensive suite of solutions across telecoms, energy, and data infrastructure — addressing the surging demand driven by cloud computing, AI, and digital transformation.

Kinetic’s technical excellence and reputation with global hyperscalers perfectly complement our growth strategy and strengthen our position as a multi-sector infrastructure partner.”
Tom Cella and Stuart Packer, Directors of Kinetic IT, commented: “Joining the Circet Group is a fantastic opportunity for Kinetic IT. Circet’s scale, financial strength, and international reach will accelerate our growth and enable us to deliver even greater value to our clients.
