Circet France announces the acquisition of KBE Energy, a French specialist in large-scale photovoltaic roof projects, strengthening its capabilities in renewable energy engineering, installation and project management.
Circet announces the acquisition of KBE Energy, a French company specializing in the design, installation and management of large photovoltaic roof projects.
This acquisition marks a new step in Circet France’s development in the fast-growing renewable energy market and strengthens its position in the energy transition space.
Founded in 2006, KBE Energy provides engineering services focused on photovoltaic roofs and solar panel installations for:
- parking lot canopies
- agricultural buildings
- industrial sites
- tertiary buildings
Based in Serres-Castet, near Pau in south-west France, the company has experienced strong growth and recently opened a second branch near Aix-en-Provence to extend its geographical coverage.
